This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.auranexlights.com/⁠  (“Website”) and is operated by AURANEX LIGHTS, managed by Subhash (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Strict No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement Policy
We maintain a strict policy:

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection
Installation issues
Minor color, brightness, or design variation
Delay in delivery
Electrical compatibility issues
Customers are strongly advised to review product specifications carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued ONLY in the following case:
Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue:
The transaction will be verified with the payment provider.
The excess amount will be refunded after successful verification.
Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Refund timeline: approved refunds, processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
No other refund requests will be entertained.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders can't be cancelled once placed.

4. Limitation of Liability
AURANEX LIGHTS shall not be liable for:
Installation-related damages
Voltage fluctuations
Improper wiring
Courier delays
Customer dissatisfaction after delivery
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
